FOR BIRTH professionals

Less overwhelm for foggy brains

My mission is to lower the barriers to start preparing for birth by crafting content that is less overwhelming for the pregnant mind. The brain can only remember 3-4 things at a time, and most pregnant brains are forgetful and distracted. This results in people not preparing (optimally) because it is just hard for them.

We have to rethink how we deliver information, to empower everyone in their preparations for birth. By using and sharing these resources, we encourage to-be parents to start preparing with more ease.

Co-created with to-be parents

Over a year, the prototype has been used in birth preparations with to-be parents. Their extensive feedback has helped to shape a guide that is practical and easy to understand for everyone.

What else would help your audience and fit your practice?

I'm just starting out and very keen to explore how we can make preparations less overwhelming and simple for everyone. What are topics you feel to-be parents struggle with? Are you missing assets that help bring your message across? Some ideas include a simple online mini-course, PowerPoint decks & visuals to support your presentations, and simple documents with specific information. If it fits our shared mission, don't hesitate to get in touch and let's explore the possibilities together.
